Seed & Rise Education is an alternative education provider supporting children and young people who benefit from a more personalised, flexible approach to learning. Through assessment-led planning and calm, structured support, we work with families, schools, and professionals to help each child thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
SEND Support & Guidance
At Seed & Rise Education, we believe support should extend beyond the classroom. We are committed to helping families, schools, and professionals navigate SEND with clarity and confidence. Through guidance sessions, collaborative support, and community-led initiatives, we aim to make help accessible, informed, and compassionate.
We also provide advice and guidance around Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), supporting families through understanding processes, exploring next steps, and identifying appropriate educational pathways for each child.
